Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

Trading futures, stocks, and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose part or all of your investment, and in some cases, losses may exceed your initial capital. The use of leverage can magnify both gains and losses. Market conditions, volatility, liquidity issues, or technological failures may prevent you from executing trades or risk-management strategies such as stop-loss orders.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, and the financial resources you choose to use. Trade only with risk capital—money you can afford to lose without affecting your lifestyle or financial obligations. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no guarantee of any kind is implied or possible.

Refund & Trial Policy – Stock Element
At Stock Element, we offer a 3-day free trial so you can explore the platform before committing to a subscription.
Trial Period – You may cancel anytime during the 3-day trial at no cost.
Billing – After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews to the plan you selected unless you cancel beforehand.
Refunds – Because we provide a free trial to evaluate our service, we do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed.
Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not automatically revoke access.
Continued Access After Cancellation –
If you cancel your subscription but remain in the private channel, platform, or community, retain access to paid content, or otherwise continue to receive services, such access is considered continued use of the service.
Billing Enforcement for Continued Use –
In cases of continued access after cancellation, Stock Element reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees associated with such use, which may include a one-time Lifetime Access Fee of $350, applied in lieu of retroactive monthly subscription charges.
By starting a trial or subscription, you explicitly authorize Stock Element to charge your payment method in accordance with this policy and agree to all terms stated above
